Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UAB "Bymello" (legal entity code 308015345, registered office: Krokuvos g. 53-3, Vilnius, LT-09306, Lithuania) ("Company", "we", "us"), regarding your access to and use of the bymello.eu website. By accessing the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time; the current version is always published on this page along with the update date.

The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Minors may use the Site only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

All content on the Site (text, images, design, logo) is the property of Bymello or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and download materials from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only — copying, distributing, or commercially using the content without our written permission is not permitted.

By using the Site, you confirm that you provide accurate and current information, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent), and will not use the Site for unlawful purposes or through automated means (bots, scripts, etc.).

When registering an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

We make every effort to accurately display the colours, features, and details of our products, but we do not guarantee that what you see on screen fully matches the actual product. Product availability is not guaranteed. We may discontinue a product or change its price at any time.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are listed in euros (EUR), including VAT at the rate applicable to the delivery country (Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia). We may change prices at any time and reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even if payment has already been made. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order or to limit the quantity of an item per customer.

Please review our Return Policy before making a purchase. If you are a consumer residing in Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@bymello.eu. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

All goods purchased by consumers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia are covered by a 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity, under Directive (EU) 2019/771, starting from the date of delivery. If a defect appears within the first year after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to the Site's systems, collect user data through automated means, impersonate another person, or interfere with the normal operation of the Site (including hacking attempts, the use of bots/scripts, or distributing viruses).

All products sold by Bymello comply with the requirements of the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988).

We care about protecting your data. Please review our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The Site is hosted and operated within the European Union.

We may use Meta (Facebook, Instagram) tools, including the Meta Pixel, to show you relevant ads and measure their effectiveness. These tools may share information about your interaction with the Site (such as products viewed or added to your cart) with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. This processing is based on your consent, given through the cookie settings banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the Site's cookie settings or your Meta ad preferences. We may restrict or terminate access to the Site, or modify or remove its content, at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you reside in the EU and are a consumer, you are also protected by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Disputes are resolved in the courts of Vilnius, or in the courts of your country of residence (for consumers in Latvia and Estonia, the applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions apply).

The Site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site — except where liability cannot be limited by law (such as consumer rights).

These Terms, together with the Return Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bymello. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
