Browse our store, add the items you like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and complete your payment securely — you'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it yourself under "My Orders" in your account. If you need to make a change instead, email us at hello@bymello.eu as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll do everything we can to help.

Lithuania: free to an Omniva parcel locker for orders over €70, under €70 — €2.99.

Latvia: free for orders over €80, under €80 — €5.99.

Estonia: free for orders over €90, under €90 — €8.99.

Since all our items are in stock, we process your order as soon as it comes in. You'll receive a notification as soon as your item is ready to ship.

Delivery is handled through Omniva parcel lockers, to the one closest to you. Typically: Lithuania — 2–3 days, Latvia and Estonia — 3–5 days.

14 days from the date you receive your order — no reason needed, under the right of withdrawal established by EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in its original packaging. When trying on underwear, please wear it over your own underwear. If an item is returned showing signs of use (odour, makeup marks, stretched elastic, wash marks, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse a refund and send the item back to you at your expense.

We don't offer direct exchanges: return the item that doesn't work and place a new order.

In your account on bymello.eu — go to "My Orders" → "Create a return" → select the items and the reason. We'll prepare an Omniva return label; you pack the item and drop it off at a locker or service point.

No, it's free.

Within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item, to the original payment method used for the order.

Only the person who paid for the order can request a return — not the gift recipient.

An unused one — yes, within 14 days of purchase. Once it's been applied to an order (in full or in part), that amount is non-refundable.

Don't use the regular return process — email us at hello@bymello.eu with your order number and a photo. We'll prioritise your case and offer a replacement or refund.

Yes — our suppliers Living Crafts and Trendsplant use organic cotton certified to the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), which confirms environmentally responsible growing and production at every stage.

It's cotton grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or genetically modified seeds — using methods that are gentler on the soil, water, and the people who grow it.

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is an international standard confirming that a textile is made from certified organic raw materials and produced responsibly and ethically at every stage — from farming to the finished garment — without toxic dyes or harmful chemicals, and under fair labour conditions. Compliance is verified through an independent annual audit.
